This week we want you to focus on recovery. This is one of the most ESSENTIAL elements of being a professional triathlete and one that many amateurs skip over. So, make sure you get your food in within 30 minutes of exercise, get at least 8 hours of sleep, and drink plenty of water.
Tip:
Do you have a hard time getting food (especially protein) after you train? Hard boil a dozen eggs while making dinner and pack a couple in your bag for the morning. After your workout you will have a great meal with very little effort.
