Everyday this week we challenge you to take 2 minutes to meditate. It can be when you wake up, before you brush your teeth at night, or during you lunch break.
If you are new to meditation set a reminder everyday to meditate. When you sit down to meditate set a timer for two minutes. Once you begin close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing then work your way from your toes to the top of your head trying to relax every muscle. Repeat until two minutes is over.
