Our challenge for you this week is to eat a COMPLETE protein at all your major meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner). What is a complete protein? How are you going to accomplish this?
A complete protein is a source of protein that has all 9 of the amino acids (building blocks of protein) that we must get from an external source because our body can’t produce them (called “essential amino acids”). - Rice and Beans
- Hummus and Pita
