This week is all about getting ahead of burn out.
Everyday we want you to take a moment of ME time. At any time during the day we want you to step away from what you are doing and do something to clear your mind and re-charge your battery.
Some great ways to re-charge your battery are:
- Set your alarm for “x” number of minutes (up to 30), close your eyes, and clear your mind. If you fall asleep that is okay. Let your mind go blank.
- Take a walk in the fresh air. This doesn’t need to be considered exercise. If you live near nature walk around and enjoy the beauty. Let yourself stop and take in the sounds of nature.
- Commit to reading 1 chapter of your book a day.
